• Prerequisites

  These are our formal requirements:

  • End-to-end experience with the product lifecycle.
  • Experience breaking down solution components and writing actionable user stories.
  • Experience facilitating workshops with clients. These can include discovery and requirement-gathering workshops, or collaborative product roadmapping / internal design review sessions. 
  • Experience testing solutions to ensure they meet agreed requirements and functionality. 
  • Experience working in digital and preferably on multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Experience working collaboratively, or as part of a cross-functional agile team.
  • Experience identifying product requirements based on business priorities and user insights.
  • A solid understanding of web applications, APIs, and microservice architectures.

• Capabilities

  These are the recommended hard skills:

  • Analysing and mapping business processes, consulting on ways to improve.
  • Defining project scope and outlining functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Clearly articulating a product’s features, functionality, and behaviour.
  • Tracing requirements from identification through to implementation.
  • Creating and managing the product backlog, and working with clients to define appropriate releases.
  • Supporting development teams by providing clarification on functional requirements and design.
  • Using tools such as Confluence and Jira for solution documentation.
